In the book Conspiracy 365: January, the main character is Callum Ormond. He lives with his mother and younger sister Gabby. His father died of a mysterious disease while he was in Ireland. On New Years Eve, a stranger tells Callum Ormond about something called The Ormond Singularity. He also tells Callum that he must survive for the next 365 days. Right after this, the man is taken by paramedics to the hospital, where he dies. A few days later, Callum’s house is ransacked and a mysterious locket is stolen from his father’s briefcase. Callum wonders if this could be linked to the mysterious Ormond Singularity. However the next day is what sets Callum into the path of adventure. He goes home to see his sister and uncle dead. When his uncle wakes up, he tells the police that Callum shot him and put his sister in a coma. Callum is then wanted by the police and becomes a fugitive on the run. Join Callum on his exciting adventure as he tries to decode the Ormond Singularity while also is a fugitive on the run.

This book is very exciting. I would recommend this to audiences that like constant action. In this book there is always something dangerous or risky Callum is trying to do. Every book in the series also ends in an extreme cliffhanger when Callum is about to be killed or caught by the police. The series has twelve books, one for each month. Whenever you finish a book, you will always want to read the next one immediately. I would rate the book 4.5 stars out of 5.

The author of the book is named Gabrielle Lord. She is an Australian author who has written many critically acclaimed novels such as Shattered, Death By Beauty and Death Delights. Most of her books are aimed to older audiences. She won the Davvit Award for best crime novel and the Ned Kelly Award for best crime novel. She lives on the beach in Sydney with her only daughter and four grandchildren.
