After the book Conspiracy 365: January, comes the sequel, Conspiracy 365: February. This book picks up from the cliffhanger, that we were left with at the end of the first book. Main character Callum Ormond has been trapped in an oil tank by master criminal and gangster Vulkan Sligo. The tank is slowly filling up and Callum knows that his life is coming to an end. As the next book starts, Callum is saved by Vulkan Sligo’s daughter, Winter. Winter saves Callum for dying and Callum feels like he owes a lot to her. He decides to tell her all about the mystery of his family, the drawings his father made when he could not speak, how he was accused of hurting his sister and was wanted by the police as well as being told by a complete stranger that he must stay alive for an entire year. Throughout the book, Callum and Winter work together and help Callum find out more about his family. They find many amazing discoveries about his family. Join Callum and his friend Winter on this amazing journey and find out who he is.
This second book by Gabrielle Lord is extremely action packed. For me, there were no dull moments in the book and Callum is always being chased or finding out something interesting about his family. I would recommend this book to boys nd girls that are around the teenager age. The book does have some graphic content being described since Callum is being chased by world famous criminals. The book is also a quick read, but full of great details and excitement. This book is also great for puzzle lovers since Callum has drawings by his father when he could not speak or write and he must try to find out what they mean. The pictures of the drawings in book makes it an experience where you can really try to figure out the mystery yourself. Gabrielle Lord has done a great job with the books and made me want to read the next book which is March. I would rate this book about 9 stars out of 10. This series was one of my favorites I ever read.
