I have written all ten of these poems originally, and composed them of my original ideas. I have chosen to include published examples and definitions of each type of poem that I have written. I have written a series of haiku poems, a couple acrostic poems, a "Where I'm From" poem, a free verse poem, a shape poem, a found poem, a riddle poem, a collaborative poem, a color poem and a ghazal poem.
